As a Call Center Sales Agent at Square Cow Moovers, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and book mooves (moves) for our clients. By booking mooves, you will be helping to keep our team of movers busy and ensure that they are able to provide top-notch service to our clients.

In addition to booking mooves, you will also be responsible for handling customer service calls and transferring them to the appropriate manager when necessary. While sales experience is not required for this position, we will provide on-the-job training to help you succeed in this role.

As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and it is important that you provide excellent customer service at all times. This includes being friendly, professional, and helpful, as well as being able to address any questions or concerns that clients may have.
